The rumors (which I started) are true. I am, in fact, coming out with a new album this summer. I’m not sure how much you care, but I wanted to tell you.

Here’s some preliminary details:

1. For the first time ever, I’m going to try and sell this thing, through a variety of outlets including iTunes. Why? Because I’m broke, that’s why. I don’t plan on making it a habit of selling my music, though.

2. Before the album release, I will release a free EP (which is stands for “Short Album”) made up of four songs from the album.

3. Once I’ve finished the album, I will resume my periodic free song releases. I’m sure you’re excited.

4. The thirteen (13) tracks of this album come from the following sources:

  • 6 songs are “My Songs” from this very website (MusicAboutNothing.com).
  • 3 songs are from “Revival” by The Ring of Scribes.
  • 1 song is from Part 5 of “Magic!” by The Ring of Scribes.
  • The 3 remaining songs are new to this album.

5. I am going to film a music video to promote this album. If anyone would like to assist me in this endeavor, please let me know.

6. This album will be the first full album ever on Music About Nothing that is not a rock opera or concept album.
